the resort offers five restaurants daily with no reservations required i especially thank chef sombol at the oriental restaurant for his professionalism and help the food was tasty and diverse across all restaurants. the room included a comfortable size plus it included a nice view of the kids aqua park it was very pleasing.
i noticed one instance of a slight delay at one of the bars, it needed just a bit more attention.

I loved the variety of restaurants available. There were five options each day without needing reservations. chef sombol at the oriental restaurant was especially professional. all the food tasted great and offered much variety. the spacious room featured a nice view of the kids' aqua park. my family had a fantastic time at this resort.
the resort seemed quite busy. there were a lot of other guests around, so it sometimes felt a little crowded.

The asiatic restaurant, le marche, and castello offer unique culinary experiences. stella beer is available and pairs perfectly with meals. The central cafe columbus serves excellent coffee all day. many will find dining options to satisfy every palate.

The rooms are clean and offer ample space. Each room has a large bed and a functional fridge. the accommodations include a well maintained bathroom. the room was cleaned daily to a very high standard.

This resort is fantastic. The food across all five restaurants was delicious. i loved the variety! it's great the resort offers bikes, swan boats, and mini-golf. the staff ensured i had drinks before i even settled in. the security measures, and the shops nearby were a plus.
I noticed the animation team lacked experience, and the tennis table equipment was not in good condition. The rackets were damaged, and the darts were missing. this impacted the activities slightly. i hope they improve this soon.

The room was spacious enough and generally clean, which I appreciated.
The food quality disappointed me. The variety was limited, and it seemed like the same dishes rotated daily. The taste was bland, and often the food was not fresh. Some items were even cold when they should have been hot. The staff in the restaurants and bars seemed understaffed and often looked stressed and unhappy, I sensed a negative atmosphere.
